Qualifying Document Rules and Details

- Documents set to private or protected are not counted.
- Title, Descriptions and tags must be relevant. We recommend you use the first
  2 paragraphs of the document are your description.
- Documents must comply with ALL copyright laws.
- Documents must not contain excessive advertising (more than 2 links to outside
   websites on the first page).
- Document must not be a duplicate of a document already in our system (or very similar).
- Document must be a complete document. This means if you have say a 180 page pdf file, do NOT
split it or break it down into say 90 2-page files. You will NOT get paid on these.

Special Terms and Conditions For Getting Paid To Upload*

- Minimum balance before payout occurs is $50USD. (the request commission link will
become available in "My Account" >> "Check Earnings" once you reach this threshold).
- All Payments will be made in the form of Paypal.
- Documents will be reviewed prior to any commission payouts and payouts adjust according the the
Qualifying Document Rules and Details.
- Bonus payments ($3) are made when files you upload become popular and receive over 10,000 views/downloads.
Documents can only qualify for Bonus commissions ONCE. Any means or attempts to defraud the bonus system by
automated viewing (including but not limited to bots, spiders, crawlers etc) are not acceptable and will not be paid a
bonus and possibly forfeit all of your commissions (this is very simple to catch).
